   Purchased a La Z boy chair and settee from furniture by Lauren. Gavin made us feel really welcome and was extremely helpful throughout. Ordering was very efficient. They kept me informed along the way with regards delivery. Gavin & James came and delivered on a Sunday, took the old settee and chair out. And Assembled our new settee and chair. And explained everything in great detail, with regards aftercare etc etc I would recommend Furniture by Lauren, if you need any furniture. We definitely will be going back Good old fashioned customer service at the very highest level

   From the moment we visited this beautiful store the service was perfect. Lots of help and advice from Lauren in choosing our suite which was appreciated and we weren't put under any pressure to buy. We did order a suite and took delivery of it today. Gavin & James were extremely careful both in bringing it into our home and assembling it, taking care not to damage the furniture or our home. The suite was perfect. Fantastic service from start to finish and we would highly recommend this store.

   We called into the shop on a whim as we were in the market for a new suite. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and Lauren and Gavin answered all the questions we had in a professional but informal manner. We finally settled on a beautiful chair and sofa by Chloe and a Carrie Selkirk pouffe. They even offered to remove our old suite and take it to a charity outlet - all for free! The shop communicated with me a few days before delivery to ensure everything was okay and to suggest convenient delivery times. A few days later, the suite was delivered on time by Gavin and James, who did everything to ensure there was no damage to walls or lights as they removed our old suite and brought the new one in. James even removed the ceiling shade and wall mirror then replaced them after the removal was complete. The lads were polite and informative throughout, explaining exactly what they were doing as they went along. After they had put everything in place, they gave us a fabric cleaning and maintenance kit worth £40, absolutely free. I can't recommend Furniture by Lauren highly enough, the entire experience was prompt, polite and stress-free and the suite looks fabulous in our house. Thank you so much!

   I visited furniture by Lauren last year looking for a new La-z-boy settee and chair and found exactly what i wanted after many months looking online and in stores. Lauren was very helpful, informative and patient and gave me a really good deal on the furniture. Gavin and James delivered and assembled the furniture and even took my old settee away as well. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, thanks again.

   The service and quality of the chairs and bench we purchased from Furniture by Lauren was amazing. We had found something similar online but after going in to the store one lunch time the customer service and experience with the team was exceptional and I would highly recommend anyone in Oldham to stop by the store and have a look.

   Wanted a new settee and chair, had a look around and saw what I wanted. Gavin gave me a great deal and was very helpful. I left the shop and two hours later, Gavin and James arrived with the furniture and took away my old settee. Great service, thanks guys. Would definitely recommend.

   Oldham to London. Best sofa buying experience! I've been to almost all of the sofa stores in London then decided to call around & found some online reviews. Decided to call 'Furniture By Lauren'. Spoke to Gavin, who gave me a great offer on the sofa we were looking for. We had almost instant response to any queries we made including changing the colour of our sofa in the order. We were given enough notification before the delivery. They were simply amazing with great level of care, taking off the front door, going through 3 narrow corners of the flat. They are a great example of how a sofa company should be. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the sofa & looks beautiful in my living room. Thank you Gavin, James & Lauren. Absolutely fantastic service & highly recommended!
