BOGUS COMPANY, PHONE NUMBER NOT RECOGNISED AND NOT AT THE ADDRESS.Stongly advise anyone not to deal with this company. The phone number given on their website is not recognised. I have sent 4 emails requesting information on delivery of my order, these have all been ignored.

Terrible customer service. Only delivered half of the order and drivers not passed delivery instructions so took about 4 delivery attempts to finally get my items, wasting hours of my time. Leaflets left by delivery company also contained a number that was not manned so managed to google separate number which was. No sympathy and told they are 'only as good as our couriers' despite not having items within specified time promised on their website, they would not accept any responsibility.

Buyer beware! I have purchased many products on line and never had such a bad experience. The product (Nordic Bookcase)was VERY poor quality....not oak. Even though I hadn't even removed it from the packaging they insisted I would have to pay for its return plus 10% restock fee. After checking with citizens advice this is not allowed under consumer regulations act 2013. Even so I could get no help off the company and I had to ask Paypal to act on my behalf to enable me to recieve a full refund. Such a shame that my complaint couldn't have been handled in a more "business like" fashion. The website states 30 day money back guarantee ... but read the small print before making an order.
