   Right from the start, Rameez at Clarksfield was very helpful and engaging with my needs. I got flooring both laminate and carpet done from them. I also got a made to measure corner sofa and an ottoman bed frame and headboard which was also made to measure as space in my house was limited. You can customise to your needs and the quality of these products were amazing! Very good professional service from the fitters too. Everything was done really quickly and I have no hesitation in recommending this company for both your flooring and furniture needs.

   Had carpets fitted 2 days ago. All communication from booking was perfect - well informed through out. Carpet fitter arrived on the day almost an hour early ( which is not our usual experience of trades men, usually their aggravatingly late). He worked really hard. Got the job done with in 6 hours to an exceptionally standard. Had questions after fitting regarding care and clarksfeild replied immediately. We love the new carpet. This has been in the planning for around 6 years but struggled to find a reliable carpet place with fair prices. But all that changed when we went to Clarks field. Couldn't recommend clarksfeild enough - our house looks amazing and just in time for Christmas. Thankyou!

   Had the worst customer service experience with these lot I’ve ever had, attached are photos of how poorly the floor was fit… I asked for laminate they convinced me it was an awful idea because it’s only water resistant & my floor isn’t fully level (I think this is because it’s more effort for them) ‘fitted’ me lino that wasnt glued down, it’s like paper so as I moved my log basket it ripped… admittedly they ‘fixed’ this.. so poorly tho, the pattern didn’t even match & they didn’t glue it down so it’s ripped again.. where I’ve opened my back door it’s ripped & they’ve blamed all the damage on the concrete underneath or my dog. Absolutely atrocious work. This is my first home and they’ve left me in tears with the cost I’ve had to pay & the state my house is now in!

   Absolutely brilliant people. Very friendly and helpful. The quote was very cheap for quality flooring, especially compared to other flooring companies in the area. I accidently paid too much and they was very honest and informed me promptly. I easily got my money back. I am going to be using them again to recarpet some of my house!
