Terrible customer service. Can’t process a simple return with the manager having power trips clearly going against policy stated on their website. Went to another store same took less than 5 mins to process the return.
Got a ex display wardrobe for an absolute bargain all i had to do was take it apart and rebuild it the staff and josh helped me get it into the car many thanks to the team at jysk Oldham

Great Location for Matalan and Iceland and over great stories.
We regularly shop at the store in Punta Marina, Spain and have made many purchases. What a disappointment the visit to the Oldham store was, so many items didn't have prices on them, for example, head rests, vases, items in the reduced area, in fact too many to enquire about so we left the store.
Trying hard to be Ikea but it's just not. Found furniture price cheap enough but you get what you pay for and the quality was poor. A few interesting vases, throws and cushions tho.
Decent stuff, good prices and easier to deal with than ikea!
You can buy home and garden furniture, small home decoration and accessories, bedding. Occasionally there are some great deals and promotions. You can also buying online and collection in- store.
About a month ago I purchased a table and set of 4 chairs. Table is great and looks amazing however we had some problems with the chairs. 1 chair didn’t come with the screws or bolts it needed and the other was faulty. This was not an issue because we live close to the store. On a later date we went back into the store to sort this issue in hopes to get the screws we needed and a replacement chair for the faulty one. The woman serving us was very rude and condescending when speaking to me and my husband. We understand a receipt is important however because we ordered the furniture online we thought there would be a way to resolve the issue. This woman definitely needed to work on customer service.
