A great cafe. Lovely staff and delicious food, fair prices , we had some toasties, then cakes to take away. We could sit with the dog in the back under cover too. Will come again.

Just love this place. We like to support small independent coffee shops and this one deserves to be supported. Staff are very pleasant, cakes amazing and prices very reasonable. Sausage butty good as well !!!! Will be back

Pleasant little local café with very friendly, welcoming service. Homemade cakes, including gluten free options. I had a cheese and onion toastie, a hot chocolate and a piece of coffee and walnut cake. Reasonably priced menu and all that I sampled was lovely, just the ticket, after a 3 hour ramble around Bolsover Castle. Good decent slab of cake too, excellent. On next visit I will have to try the cheese scones, they looked great. Outdoor seating to the rear in a sunny courtyard with shops around. I would definitely visit the Coffee Cup again when in the area. Many thanks!

Had to wait a little while but this was explained as they where seeing to a big table upstairs not long but was worth the wait breakfast was outstanding. Very good customer service and really friendly. Great atmosphere would definitely visit again.
We stopped here after our visit to Bolsover Castle. As we would rather have given our business to a local trader than a weatherspoons nearby. The food was reasonably priced and staff were friendly and professional. .They were also Covid compliant and we felt safe eating there. A lovely place and relaxing atmosphere. There are some nice craft shops at the rear of the premises also. As you leave so worth a look there too. If you found this post helpful please like.
