I was shopping for beds and experienced a Friendly service and wide choice of quality products. As our house move was delayed they happily kept our furniture stored for months at no cost until we could arrange delivery. Delivery service was also excellent.
I've known about Pear Mill for many years, and ventured there a few times, so when I was looking to buy a new mattress, I thought I should include them in my search. As the purchase of a mattress is so important, what was important for me was to be able to compare mattresses of different prices and quality to make sure I'm not over spending. Some places only have 'expensive', but the extensive range at Pear Mill showed that the most expensive mattresses didn't suit me. I was given full, undivided attention. I could have fallen asleep on the very first mattress I was shown, after being asked a few questions. I eventually bought a hand stitched 3,000 pocket mattress that was delivered in a couple of weeks. My old mattress was taken away for me. It's definitely worth including Pear Mill in your search for a mattress, bed or general furniture.
Just brilliant! We have bought beds from Lawrence and his team for the past 15 years, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, beds and mattresses are excellent quality and fair price. Delivery team are great. Most recent purchase was made for my family member who is in ill health, the team had been ever professional, supportive of the circumstances, kept us well informed and not only delivered the bed in a short time frame but assembled everything for us while being respectful and mindful. I cannot thank you enough for all the service you have provided over the years and now. Thank you!
Couldn’t fault the service! Recently bought a sofa and a dining table with chairs from here. Paul the salesman was very knowledgable on all products and tended to all my requirements. The delivery team was amazing, quick & hassle free on a date that suited me. I’ve recently been back to order a wardrobe as I was so happy with everything. Would definitely recommend!
We bought a new corner unit for the living room. The quality is excellent and at a very good price . The lady who served us asked questions to ensure the design and size met the needs of my son. Her customer service was excellent and she was happy to be helping us. We discussed delivery options, again that met our availability. The drivers finished off the experience by being very helpful and very pleasant. We would buy from here again. Check them out if your considering making a furniture purchase.
Had 2 sofas delivered today. Well I can say I love them. Friendly Delivery drivers worked well together to prevent any damages to the sofas and the interior doors. Will definitely use again when choosing any other furniture. Thank you
What a great place ,some really unique pieces, from brass ,to pictures to clothing to lamps you name it they have it could spend hours looking. Nice furniture shop upstairs also.
Visited pear mill beds great sevice. and was offered help when needed. We ordered and arranged delivery. The two lads were very pleasant
85 year old mother ordered a suite told approx 3 months in end took 6 months , yes they lent her a 2 seater but was excuse after excuse as to why has not left Italy . Turned up 25th October single chair had 3 chips out of wood and driver said in a way being too picky as not like a rip or tear which to me are same thing but damage is damage . Owner told driver collect it back without even offering small discount to keep it . Total disgusting service and would not recommend buying anything from them . He will respond to this with lies or rubbish but can’t deny 6 months leaving old woman waiting for new suite and poor customer service . Stay clear people far better shops about
My mother placed an order yesterday however today she found another bed so she wanted to cancel the order. The staff member she spoke to was very rude and refused to help her saying she cant cancel the order and would only be able to get store credit. My mother then requested to speak to the manager who was also the same and then refused to even give her store credit over the matter. She even went into the store with her receipt just to have the same thing told to her and the manager refused to see her. The customer service my mother received was shocking, the order was placed just the day before and the money had not even left her account but the store is refusing to cancel it. I have tried checking the website to see any sort of refund or return policy but I could not find anything. I hope this can get resolved.
