   Our family has been shopping at Brand Interiors for years, and we always discover a gem in their collection. Recently, we purchased a sideboard and a table. When we needed to return the sideboard due to our own mistake, the store graciously accepted it, and the table was promptly exchanged to resolve an issue. Andy provided exceptional service, he was understanding and went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t left out of pocket. The consistently friendly and helpful staff is the reason we always shop here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality furniture at great prices.

   Poor overall customer service experience, would never buy from here again. In July, I bought two king size bed frames, mattresses and a wardrobe to set up my first home. The wardrobe was an ex - high street brand with some small marks so the price was discounted and good value for money. The shop attendant advised us that when it would be delivered we would receive it with instructions on how to put it back together. It arrived, missing the shelves and without instructions and all the bolts/ screws in one bag so took the a good few hours to put together. Thankfully when I called the team they had put aside other shelves for us. The two bed frames were delivered, we requested one to have ottoman style storage and the other 4 to have four pull out draws and we were informed we could pick the colour. One of the bed frames and mattresses were delivered without any issues and we are happy with them. The other bed frame did not fit up the stairs and was returned by the delivery men to the shop. When we called to the shop to discuss our options, the store manager informed us there was nothing he could do, the bed had been custom made and that they would not give us a refund or offer us an exchange. The best they could offer was 5% discount on the purchase of a different bed frame. Having just bought our first home this was not something we could afford. I had also explained the layout of the house when making the initial purchase and the shop attendant had advised it shouldn't be an issue. We had not been informed at the point of sale that the bed frames were 'custom made' and therefore non refundable. After much back and forth, Brand interiors agreed to keep the bed frame and swap to give us one for one that would fit up the stairs in our house. When we went in to look at the options, we received a cold reception from the two ladies working that day, who clearly were aware of our complaint. The new frame (and headboard) cost a couple hundred pounds less than the initial product we picked, which I'm sure they will be able to sell at full price. When I asked if the bed frame could be put together for us following on from all the hassle, I was advised I would have to pay more again for this which I declined. Overall we're happy with the quality of the products hence giving two stars but the customer service experience has left a bitter taste. I would not recommend.

   I am giving Brand interiors 5 stars review. Bought a double divan base with drawers, excellent service in store also by Dave and Paul who delivered the goods. Even put the bed together for me and took all the packaging away, couldn't have been any more helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. A credit to the company.

   Returned today to buy a marbled topped side table, the young man who served us had been extremely helpful. We bought a console a couple of weeks before and wanted a side table to match. He phoned around branches to locate one and also ordered another one from the warehouse so we could choose, as the marble tops were quite different. He was so courteous and extremely patient and a credit to your company.

   We came into the shop looking for a TV unit, we found one that was perfect and had a matching sideboard, both together it added up to about £400, we looked for someone to serve us,the manager and there assistant were interviewing someone sat on the shop floor at a dining room suite, they never acknowledged us, so after the best part of 5 minutes some of which we were sat on a setee next to where they were interviewing, still not even a "can I help you?I'll be 5 minutes" we went through to the mill for a look round, we then came back, they were now interviewing someone different, my hubby asked "is anyone serving?" To which the manager says "we're just in the middle of an interview" with that and not being prepared to waste anymore of our time we left in absolute disgust, good luck to them if they can turn away hundreds of pounds in business, highly unprofessional, why they were interviewing when the shop was open, and on the shop floor baffles me, we like Broadstone mill, but ill never step foot in the furniture shop again....

   The first sofa wouldn't fit and was expecting to have an argument but to be fair the staff were really good. Offered a full refund straight away but ended up choosing another sofa that was delivered 2 days later and fitted perfectly. Would recommend.
