   I would highly recommend this furniture super store at crown point north in Denton. Marie was so helpful and listened to what I was looking for which was a specific colour reclining sofa and although they didn’t have one in at the time as soon as one came in they called me to look at it ! I absolutely love it ! It was Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to Marie and the Manager for all your help it’s great to shop local:) and speak to real people who give excellent customer service.

   Absolutely first class. Victoria helped us to choose the perfect sofas for us and the 2 Neils have delivered them today, just a few days later. I was very worried that they would struggle to get them through a narrow hallway but they took it all in their stride and there was absolutely no stress. The sofas are excellent quality and great value for money. Very happy with the entire process.

   Would definitely recommend Factory Outlet Sofa superstore @Denton. Marie is amazing! Very friendly and helpful in choosing the best bed to suite me & what I was looking for! When initially ordered they got the delivery in the time frame better than expected. I had an issue with my order that was beyond their control but the resolution and customer service I got from Marie and the gent (i'm sorry i didn't get his name) was amazing. Iv now had my final bed delivery and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Marie!

   So many sofas to choose from !! Wayne introduced himself to us and left us to look around, no pushy sales pitches but very informative. We bought the sofas and had them delivered 2 weeks later ( our choice as we were decorating ). They arrived an hour ago and they're perfect. Very happy with the price, the service instore and the delivery guys were fantastic, polite and friendly. We cannot fault this company

   Reported an issue in August on a sofa bought from their Denton branch, have called them almost every week since and still nothing has been solved. Booked time off work for the upholsterer and they never turned up. Customer service is terrible and not helpful at all. Asked for compensation as we've had a damaged sofa for months and they said it makes no difference to them as they already have their money from the finance company. Terrible service, are amazing on the buildup to taking your money and after that they don't do anything about the terrible quality of their products. Would not recommend.

   Extremely happy with my new sofa suites. In store there is a great range The customer service in-store was brilliant. All staff are friendly, approachble and helpful. They were very accomodating when I needed to change the delivery dates. They kept me up to date with everything. The delivery drivers, Neil and James, brought in the suites carefully and ensured there was no damage. They even took my old sofas away for a small price! They were friendly and professional. Definitely will be using this company again.

   This place is wheelchair accessible. It is calm and quiet, and peaceful. It has both accessible parking outside and an accessible entrance. The sofa's are expensive, so bear that in mind before coming to look or browse here - depends what your budget is of course.
