   Very unprofessional staff. Came in with my mom. She loves clothes I don’t so I was wearing adidas. I like it comfy. The staff were laughing at me in front of me. No one came say hi if I need help. Just straight judgment. Very sad and very unprofessional. I felt sorry for my mum never will go back and hopefully retrain your staff or get rid of them. Disgusting

   I popped up into the shop asked the lady working day a question, I said Excuse and she didn’t let me finish my sentence, didn’t even look at me and walked away said she’s with someone else, honestly I have never seen this rudeness in my life before. The manager really must care about mental health of the staff before hiring them.

   Popped into the Kingston store today. Customer Service awful. Female member of staff spent ages with one customer, I waited patiently and when she was free to help she was dismissive. When I asked if a blouse was 'true to size' she looked me up & down and suggested 2 sizes larger than my actual size - so rude. Clearly your face has to fit in this shop; I did have my eye on a number of items but frankly I'll spend my money somewhere else. Definitely in need of a 'pretty women' moment in this shop with their self inflated staff - you're not Gucci!

   Bought a great new winter coat. Been looking for something similar for a couple of years. Well happy. Attentive staff. Second floor of Bentals Centre. Italian design, bit different to your usual store clothing. Give it a look.
