   Absolutely abysmal service, totally forgot one of my drinks and left me waiting 10 minutes and then just got it chucked at me no sorry for your wait or anything. This place has drastically gone down hill. AVOID!!

   In urgent need of refurbishment. Dirty and the seating especially is disgusting as is very old, fabric-covered seats mostly covered in food and liquid stains - I’m sure by now they are each harbouring their own ecosystem. I recommend you take your tray and sit outside.

   It happened twice now. Ordered coffee for click and collect, and money were taken from my bank account. Went to shop, they said that order hasn't come through to their till. First time I've offered to pay again, but manager agreed to do a drink after a short argument, when showed her a bank statement. She showed me, that there are camera's in shop and it's all recorded. Ordered a new drink last week. Money were taken again, showed my bank account, manager says she hasn't received it. So paid for the drink again. Trying to get in touch with office and no reply as actually I've paid for the drink twice now, i think this is really unfair as im a regualr customer at Costa. i would now consider not visiting this store again as the store managers attitude was very rude

   Costa was ok. I thought the Americano coffee was to weak for my liking. The bun I had was dry a bone. My mum said her coffee was okay. Her bun was sift and edible. Next I will try marks and Spencer.cafe.
