   I would hope that this review will allay any fears others may have with choosing a company whom are not the typical “go to” for fitted furniture. We engaged with a number of companies in this sector including the large corporates. We absolutely recommend my fitted bedroom with no reservations. The difference between the large (typically kitchen focussed) companies and my fitted bedroom is the degree of a) personal service and b) bespoke design. The ONLY bedroom that achieved our preferred design was my fitted bedroom. No compromise - just a great design. All other companies started with compromise after compromise and ultimately designed bedrooms we didn’t want. Fitted to high standard and minor snagging resolved effortlessly. Designers for us were initially Bobby who was great and 2nd stage to check all worked before installation, Brendan, whom was exceptional. Fitters were courteous and frankly, installed all to a very high standard. My wife and I have absolutely no reservation AT ALL in recommending my fitted bedroom - we will use again having had 2 bedrooms fitted out to a very high standard and at a more competitive price than our substandard designs.

   From the first telephone contact with My Fitted Bedroom to Malcoms face to face design visit to the ordering process and the final day of fitting we couldn’t have felt more in safe hands- Malcom listened to our needs and wants- guided us to the right design and look at a really good value for money price (much lower then feared) and in no time at all the fitters Bob and Brett came with an expected 2-3 day fitting period but completed it all carefully and beautifully in 1 day - no mess no fuss just prompt friendly helpful service from everyone involved- and we now have a fabulous bedroom with beautifully looking, perfectly fitted wardrobes and drawers that are great quality and meets all our needs. I couldn’t be happier that I made the call for the My Fitted Bedroom brochure - many thanks to all.

   We used my fitted bedroom after comparing designs and quotes from a few companies and we are absolutely over the moon with our new bedroom. The design is perfect and the surveyor advised on things that wouldn’t work and also little improvements that we would never have thought of but have made a massive difference. The fitters came and the finish is beautiful, they were efficient and have done a great job. The quality of the wardrobes and the fittings are brilliant. We are so pleased that we went with this company.

   We used my fitted bedroom and paid a lot of money for it. The original definitely was great; we loved it. However, from signing on to completion, it was all a bittersweet as amazing the wardrobe looks. There was a lot of wood left over due to the surveyor that came from the company measuring wrong and meant that different parts had to be cut differently. They originally said that we would have to have a plug into the wall around the middle of the wardrobe. They told us we would have to do that ourselves; this was fine. However, now there is a big hole where the fitters had to cut out of the back panel after no one could give us a good location for the plug socket. This has made it very ugly when looking at the wardrobe. If someone would have told us that, it would have been great. We understand that they can’t give a precise location, but telling us where could have been better. After finding out that I could be on the side walls from the fitters, it would have solved a lot. We wanted to get the lights to give it that modern feel, but the LED strips fall off when placing the hangers in, and one of the sets of sensors does not work properly. We had tried to get this sorted after one of the wardrobe panels had a mark on it, and we thought this would be sorted at the same time. We put this into the email to them. To be warned, you have only three days after completing the installation to tell them about anything. We did miss this, we will admit; however, this feels quite short and unprofessional as you need at least a week to make sure everything is okay. For the money we paid, we wanted to feel great, not left with things we now need to fix. I will say the customer service leading up to the installation was great speaking over email.

   We used My Fitted Bedroom before and had few hiccups but they got resolved eventually. We used them again and I tell you it was absolutely astonishing how staff answering the phone can be so indifferent about customers who have paid all upfront for products. If I am paying premium prices I want premium service, I queried an element of the order and was told that I should contact the surveyor. HELLO, why don't you contact the surveyor and get them to call me please was my response, surprise, surprise did not get a call back, despite them saying yes he will call you back. My query was that the surveyor, Stuart, was going get contact details for an electrician to connect the lights in the wardrobe to the mains, only to be told that this is not possible and that I should an electrician myself, a day before installation. What the hell !!! I though no, you cancel the order and their response sorry we can't do anything more. The reason why I did not cancel the order is because they said we were going to get Kevin Marshall, the absolute genius who installed our two double wardrobes a couple of years ago. This guy is a master installer the job he did previously was amazing and he repeated his skills again to produce another masterpiece. The stars are for him alone, if you are going to use this company make sure you get others you are taking your chances.

   Initially excited to get a quote for multiple fitted wardrobes. I work all hours but was reassured that this company did evenings and weekend appointments. I have had now had THREE cancellations in a row for my design visit citing reasons such as: 'Designers childcare fell through' 'Designer has been sick now' 'Designers car has broken down' Funnily enough the last excuse was made not to soon after I said that I can't do an earlier appointment on the day. Rather convenient coincidence if you ask me. My advice, if you want a reputable and trusted company look elsewhere.

   I used MyFittedBedroom for my previous property five years ago, and the quality and fit were excellent, so I went for their service at my new home again. I thought I knew what I wanted, and then Bobby Patel (designer) gave few more ideas, and I went with his choice, and I loved it. He understood our need and how we will use the walk-in wardrobe daily and gave good recommendations. I was also amazed by the fitter Dan Chaplin. It was a 2-day job, and he finished it in one day. He did a great job. I like how the wardrobes are fitted and designed. He was tidy and professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend MyFittedWardrobe to anybody.

   I had quotes from two other fitted bedroom companies, including the one always on TV! My fitted bedroom were actually the last to quote, I chose them because, the designer Maurizio was the only one who came equipped with a laptop to show me what the finished product would look like. He also didn't employ any time pressure salesman's type techniques - "I'll give you it for this price but you have to say yes now". The surveyor Aaron was flexible coming up with a novel solution to accommodate my larger than standard bed and bedside cabinets while still allowing fitted the wardrobe doors to open. My fitter Warren was very professional. My interactions with all staff at My Fitted Bedroom was very positive, so much so that I used their sister company, My Fitted Kitchen to complete another project.

   My Reference number is B220624. I am very glad I went with this company for my bedroom wardrobe. They are very profissional from start to finish. I have to thanks Zeshan who is a consultant and Plan drawer. He was very helpful and polite. Of course surveyor who did a very good job. Also products fitter Mr Ray. He did a fantastic job very very happy with his work and his commitment. It took him 4 days to finish the job. Even he was coming from the long way every morning he was on time.
