   Incompetent staff. Got my drink order completely wrong twice and took ages making it. Normally I can understand but it wasn’t busy at all. Also noticed the man who served me (Nathan I believe) was not wearing gloves when handling multiple drinks and food (not sure if this is common at Starbucks). Hopefully management can give him some reminders of what customers expect

   Amazing two young women serving in store who were friendly & efficient, even though they had just been verbally abused by a rude, ignorant customer using the drive thru. They should not have to tolerate such behaviour from people like this.

   Lovely young person served me on drive-thru this morning 29/9. They had tattoos and short curly brown hair (description as I didn’t get their name). They were really friendly and a really nice person!

   Dirty seats and tables, not welcoming staff at all. Didn't tell us when drinks were ready so stone cold, it wasnt even busy so poor service. Never go again ☹️

   Very convenient Starbucks and exactly what you'd expect from the chain. Coffee spot-on as usual; I prefer an iced caramel macchiato. Lots of seating. Decent amount of parking available.

   Possibly the slowest drive through coffee Place known to man. Allow 15 mins at least. Coffee not made correctly and handed boiling cups with no sleeves. This place needs some work. Inside is often unclean and cups left on table tops for far to long. Not what you expect for the brand name and cost of drinks.

   Always find the starbucks food disappointing, especially for the price. The lady serving was brilliant, though. She seemed to be on her own running the shop and the drive-through but didn't stop the whole time we were there and still made sure as a customer we felt really valued. The coffee was great as always.

   Typical roadside Starbucks, the drinks never change and the staff don’t really think it’s worth breaking their conversation to interact with the customers. It’s a shame really, just a sincere hello, how are you and thank you would make you feel like a human.
