   Sunny winters day stroll round the like with granddaughter... Finished off with a wonderful bacon and sausage roll, cup of tea and a chocolate brownie . All delicious and a lovely seating area looking out over the lake. Would highly recommend

   Ordered a breakfast sandwich, cake (huge slice) and drink as a stop off on my lunchtime cycle route. Great value at under £10, plenty of outdoor seating and somewhere close by to safely lock up my bike whilst I enjoyed the stunning view across the lake. Lots of couples and groups socialising and enjoying the cold but sunny afternoon. Toilets also available in the visitor centre.

   Only just found this place. Friendly staff, would recommend the steak bakes and my mum loved her homemade cookie. Plenty of space to eat outside, but as we went in February, we managed to sit at one of the two tables available indoors. They even allow dogs inside, which made it easier for us. Worth a visit. Only £2 to park for 2 hours. We parked in disabled bay. You do still have to pay for parking, so don't get caught out.

   A little oasis on the Barnsley/Rotherham border and with a top notch sausage butty and a proper cup of tea. If you are stuck for ideas through the summer months, school holidays etc, head here and let the kids enjoy the moment while you have a cuppa and you won't regret it.

   Lovely placd sit out side over looking lake have cup tea and sandwich or cake.toilets on sight.disable toilet too . Refreshments ice creams after nice walk or hot drink walk around lake with keep u warm through winter .dogs water bowels provided. Very cheep car parking .

   Great little cafe, reasonable prices. Always a good stop when visiting manvers lake. Serve hot food as well as cold. Free from treats available too along with their great fresh cake selection. Seating is outdoors on picnic style benches - there are no brollies but the seating area is pretty sheltered due to its location at the boathouse. There's a great view of the lake from the seats and on busy days you get a good view of water sports and any remote controlled boats out and about, as well as the wildlife. There are bike racks here too if you need to lock your bikes up.

   As stated before. Beautiful place. Amazing wildlife and the cafe has been upgraded. The coffee and selection of snacks, ice creams and drinks was brilliant. Forgot to add. If you're a coffee lover, life me... You must try their Flat White. Their coffee selection is brilliant and they also have extra shots of syrup if you like different flavour in your drinks. My friend had some in her black coffee and she loved it.
