   I visited The Men’s Room over the summer, and Paul, the owner, was absolutely brilliant! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful when it came to choosing what to buy. I ended up picking up two Replay trousers that are incredibly comfortable, another pair of trousers, a smart shirt for work, and some great shorts. The shop’s in a great spot in Winchmore Hill and has a fantastic range of designer brands — pretty much everything you could want for men’s clothing. I was also really impressed that they have toilet access; I was there with my daughter, and Paul kindly let her use it when she needed to go. Overall, a top-quality shop with amazing service. Definitely worth checking out!

   SCAM SCAM SCAM If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a coat for £60 and it looked like something that was made in an arts and crafts class at Primary school. After waiting over a month for delivery, I returned to the coat in line with their returns policy which cost me £16 in postage only for them to return the coat back to me. After much back and forth I ended up accepting a 40% refund which I still haven't received. This is a genuine SCAM SITE they are not based in the UK it's China. Do not make the same mistake as me!! I feel so violated I wish I just went to M&S :-(

   PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I purchased a jacket over a month still hadn’t received my jacket. When I emailed them they keep sending me a tracking number that doesn’t even work. I asked for it to be investigated after 4th week they were not bothered to reply back. I had to contact my bank to get this resolved. They show it’s registered in the UK, but actually it’s from CHINA.

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Waited weeks for coat for an XL to turn out tiny. Returns is to a place in Southall but somehow throughout the delivery process it was in China. They have made the returns process very difficult and also at an added cost to the buyer. No refund allowed for discounted products only exchange or credit! Looking at the other reviews it seems like most customers have had the same issues.

   Hugely disappointed. The year when money is the tightest it's ever been and my husband and I agreed a £50 budget for eachother. I purchased a coat for 50 pound and it took 3 and half weeks to be delivered and when it arrived I was so upset with the poor quality and sizing of the coat. To say it was a large fit was an absolute joke. It was more a small to medium fit and the material was so thin and cheap looking. The whole coat looked cheap and poorly made. I emailed the MENSROOM twice to ask about how I can return it and get a refund but have not recieved any email. Absolutely disgraceful service and so upsetting. My husband will now not have any present and I'm stuck with this coat that he cannot wear and would not wear.

   A one stop destination for everything a man needs in his wardrobe. Stocks a well curated range of modern, quality British classics with a twist with a David Gandy/Steve McQueen style vibe. The shop has a modern vintage, industrial feel & the owner is friendly and brand/trend aware without any overeager upselling so felt free to browse. Not sure if they offer gift certificates or wedding suit packages but would be good if they did so. Highly recommended.
