    Appalling service. 2 pairs of lovely corduroy trousers ordered for my husband’s Christmas present last year. They were made to reverse measurement. We ordered 34W and 32L….we received the trousers and the reverse of these measurements supplied. We made multiple calls to this company. We returned the trousers. We have never received the trousers again in right sizing or had a refund. Today over a year later I receive an advertising Email. I have contacted by phone again twice this morning and I am still unable to speak to customer services. Is this company real!! SO DISAPPOINTED!

    Although very good on the cloning of denim jeans and excellent service for many years and they do state a different denim may be substituted if match not available: if this does happen item can be very different from original sample that you provide. Perhaps a warning that this is happening would allow cancellation if necessary.
