   very rude staff, directing at myself and customers by “is it hers there, why’s she stood there for.” makes what a beautiful establishment so awkward and ridiculous. frap tastes watered down.

   Poor service- Indifference from the staff. I drove all from Halifax for a pumpkin spice latte- staff were more concerned with cleaning away even though it was still 2 hours till close time. ‘Barista’ kept asking if I was ready to order- my wife couldn’t make her mind up and we felt rushed- as soon as order was taken she disappeared and then the baristas were talking amongst themselves making jokes all while making my coffees it felt as they didn’t care and that’s how felt, like I got in their way. I wanted to sit in, but they gave me the to go cups, after a few minutes sat inside- we decided to leave.I had a terrible experience- I won’t be back.

   Service was shocking. When I got to the next window. They did not know what I had ordered and asked three times Then, they asked if i had paid. Said no. Told me what i had to pay and then continue to do something else. Other services my drink I asked for a hot chocolate. It was not hot at all. Cream was not fresh. The food was probably 3 days old.

   Dirty!!! Unfortunately needed to use the loo and wish I hadn't been desperate. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped for weeks!. Whole thing was just grubby. Food not the best but that's just a Starbucks thing. Coffee wasn't hot enough. Won't be returning

   This one at the retail park near clayton is a hit and miss. Ive had multiple incorrect orders in the drive through. Just double check the sticker before you drive off!!

   The drinks are great. The seating areas had food crumbs everywhere. We had to clean the seats ourselves before sitting. I watched as a staff member was going around collecting cups, cleaning tables, doesn't bother with the obviously mucky seats.

   One of the worst customer service experience ever. Decided to buy a drink for a family member as I am not a fan of Starbucks I ordered a drink for them which I clearly wanted but somehow they decided to misplace my order and give me a drink which didn’t even taste like something from Starbucks. Staff seems too busy in there own world and less motivated to actually doing there work right and giving customers the right drinks!
