   I went to JYSK to buy a wardrobe. The product itself was great and I really liked it, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that there were no spare screws included. I accidentally damaged one and, unfortunately, couldn’t finish assembling the wardrobe the same day. I had to drive back half an hour the next day just to get extra screws. Overall good experience, but it would be much better if they provided a few spare parts in the package.

   Ordered from JYSK for collection. Cancelled order. Checked again on their website the 3 items I wanted showed in stock. Tried again same items different branch the bury branch. Same thing again… despite showing stock and ordering out of hours. Got the same items from B and M for £110 instead of £170 so glad it happened really….

   Getting there by public transport/foot: So I got the 192 from Manchester City Centre and you want to get off at Belmont Way, it's the stop after Belmont Bridge which is near Topps Tiles and Boots Opticians. You then follow Belmont Way all the way around and cross over to the left when you reach the ASDA mini shop and Farm Foods, keep walking up when you get to the corner you will see JYSK it's between Halfords and Wickes. It's about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace when you get off the 192. Store and Customer Experience: The actual store is very tidy and displays are done very well. It's shows a great range of products as well as incredible prices. As for customer service, it's probably the best I have experienced to date from any shopping experience. I have made a few visits and you never have the feeling that you would want to speak to a specific staff member over an other, as everyone of them that has helped me with customer service has been fantastic. An incredible team for customer experience. Delivery Service: They use a company called AnyVan. I purchased a 3-seater sofa and I could pick how many people I wanted to deliver it and what day (Mon - Fri). So one person delivering will be one price and an extra drivers mate will cost a little more. My sofa delivery price was £27 and for a drivers mate it would have been £40 but I wanted to keep cost down and was more than able to help the driver. They also have a great tracking system and the day before delivery will give you an estimated time slot, so keep checking your emails. I also made a measurement mistake and unfortunately I couldn't get the sofa through the communal areas. I called JYSK back after arranging a paid sameday collection from AnyVan and was then able to go back to the store to exchange it for a 2-seater sofa. Again. Great service on behalf of AnyVan and JYSK. Now I have my 2-seater sofa and will be going back for the armchair on my next pay day :D.

   I had a fantastic experience at this shop! Not only do they offer a great selection of furniture at the best and most reasonable prices, but the staff are also incredibly helpful—especially Franky. She was absolutely amazing! She helped me choose the perfect sofa, measured everything with me to make sure it fit my flat, and assisted me in selecting a matching table. I was able to get everything I needed from this one place—sofa, pillows, carpet—without having to go anywhere else. Franky went above and beyond. When I was missing one of the screws for my bed, she kindly arranged for a replacement to be ordered and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I received it. She also offered to collect the furniture in case I wanted to return it, although I didn’t want to—I was so happy with everything. Thank you so much, Franky! You are truly amazing, and I really appreciate all your help

   My wife and i went purchase a bed and mattress from jysk in stockport, we were helped by a very knowledgable and helpfull young lady, she guided us through The process of beds and mattresses, thanks to her, we feel very confident in our choice, shes an asset to the company, thanks again, sorry we did'nt get her name.

   Travelled 35 miles to collect wardrobes the website stated were in stock, the Blackburn store told me were in stock there as did customer services (having also been messed around by the Blackburn store) to be told "we know it says its in stock but it isnt". This is the second store in the company that have let me down and I won't be returning a third time. Joke of a company. ZERO stars if it was possible

   We spent over £1000 on furniture and the delivery date was pushed back 3 weeks in total (from a 2 week agreed date) with NO communication from the store or CX service. Totally disappointed with the company and will be going to store to find a solution because the customer service number is completely useless.

   Wow! What can I say?! It’s much better version and less stressful than IKEA. Arrived on the first day and the staff could not be more helpful. This will certainly be a regular haunt of mine.it sells everything for the home. Described as Scandinavian sleeping and living this store certainly lives up to its name. Every week there are special offers, much like Aldi and Lidl they have a booklet outlining the offers for that upcoming week. There is a mezzanine floor with a lift to access it as well as stairs and upstairs you will find bathroom accessories, shower curtains, blinds, curtain poles. A large selection of desks and chairs up there too. Downstairs near the tills there are so many sets of tables and chairs as well as outdoor furnishings and soft furnishings, pillows and pillowcases too. The staff are very helpful and will assist with any problems you may have.
