   I frequently visit this Costa — sometimes alone, sometimes with friends or family. Most visits are pleasant, with friendly staff, smiles, and consistently decent food and coffee. However, on my most recent visit on the evening of 04/11/25 (around 7pm), the experience was noticeably different. The staff seemed irritated by customers’ presence and more focused on cleaning than serving. I witnessed a customer struggling to decide on an order while a staff member rolled their eyes, and when I asked a question about taking my order away, the response was quite sharp. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which was disappointing compared to the usual warm and friendly service I’ve come to expect from Costa Catcliffe.

   One of the best Costa coffee locations around UK. Visit here a few times a week. Staff very helpful and professional. Place is very clean. There’s even a good amount of bays where you can park your car there if you’re stopping by for a coffee. Has WiFi. Highly recommend this Costa coffee locations. Staff and manger there all do an excellent job.

   Excellent Costa, conveniently located off Parkway, close to the M1 and Morrisons, so easy to drop by on the way to Sheffield or on the way out. Great for a Saturday morning breakfast, as not too busy and plenty of parking. Friendly staff, kept nice and clean and plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Hot drink and bacon/sausage sandwich deal before you 10:30 is great value and set you up for the day. Will definitely return.

   With only Morrison's & Boundary Mill nearby this slightly out of the way Costa tends to be quieter and less frantic than the ones that you find in shopping centres. In all a pleasant and relaxing experience.

   Second time buying cofee / Mocha from this drive-through, first time I gave them “the benefit of the doubt” thinking that they must be busy inside and hence she didn’t give attention to the making of my order but second time I’ve seen with my own eyes that lady servicing is only using the half of the coffee that suppose to go in a cup, she simply keeps dropping the other half on the table and uses what’s remained to make the coffees. Never had such tasteless coffee experience from Costa like this before. It’s like you’re just drinking a warmed up milk, no coffee at taste at all. Management should read these reviews and provide required training to their staff. Won’t be coming back again.
