Haven’t got the best coffees/hot chocolates but I like the overall vibe of the shop and come often to chill.

Such a lovely spot! The place has a comfy, homey vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The service is genuinely warm and attentive. Coffee was brewed perfectly — rich, smooth, and satisfying. Definitely coming back! Thanks Ben

Terrible experience at Cafe Nero today. This is normally a cafe I love going to served one of the worst drinks I’ve had in a very long time. I paid more than £4 for what was a cup of oat milk with syrup, the cafe closed two minutes earlier and locked the door so when I went back to try and pay for another matcha shot, the non-trainee on shift purposefully ignored me. When he opened the door, he refused to let me pay for another matcha shot/remake the drink after I’d paid, instead being very rude and even slamming the door in my face. I’ll not be returning to Cafe Nero again.

A little mediocre. Depends which staff are on duty. Some great, some don't displayservice with a smile. Some, you have to remind them about the extras you pay for, for the more luxury coffees. Seems to becoming a thing in a lot of coffee shops of late, keep forgetting the toppings, or the sprinkles. Don't look anything like the picture of what you've ordered.

Very bad experience, the white woman with brown hair was very rude and impatient, I ordered 4 drinks on the APP to pick them up, they were 2 iced Americano and 2 iced lattes, when I went in, I told her that I was coming The one who went to coffee just wanted to remind her that I had already placed an order on the APP, but her response told me that I thought I was urging her. Finally, I got the coffee and put milk in my 2 iced Americano cups. I asked her which two cups were lattes and which two cups were Americano cups. Her answer was irrelevant, saying that all four cups had milk added. I'm like? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? . The most ridiculous thing is that I told her I need to take my drinks to the car, so I need a tray and bag, and she actually told me that I am self-collecting drinks and can't give me a tray and bag! ! ! ! Really bad experience, I don't know why NERO finds this kind of staff. But I don't want to get into the issue of racism, even though I'm a person of color.

Surprisingly spacious cafe with extra seating upstairs. A good quiet option with predictable fare on a busy street.

If you want a cup of tea when your out and about in Sheffield - Division St - Don't Go Here!!! You don't get a pot you'll get a cup that is only 1/3rd full and if you ask for more hot water you are asked 'and how much do you want '! Nice enough staff (who were only standing in from another site) but why not give a pot, I understand there's a hospitality crisis but if this is what you get when you visit to support a store then I am Not Sorry - I Will find a venue who offer Value For Money - Avoid - my partner wanted to complain but it's Christmas and who wants to be grumpy

To the young ladie at Caffè Nero Devision Street Sheffield who today of all days suffered unwarranted abuse from an absolute oxygen thief. I want congratulate you on how well you kept your composure whilst such abuse was being thrown at you. You held back your tears and with a quick wash of the face you were back to it. Believe me when I say this myself and the rest of the service personnel that were with me wished we weren't in uniform and could have done more for you. You're credit to your Caffè and your team. I sincerely hope the rest of your day went swimmingly. P.s that Hot chocolate was perfect thank you.

Best place to grab a cuppa coffee and pastry or cake. They have sandwiches, paninis and soups too but i wouldnt say I'd go just for them. I think they have the best Chai Latte out of all the big coffee chains and a good selection of sweet breads and cakes. Staff are always super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and quiet.
