   I had the best experience at this shop today. I met the loveliest assistants and manager. A big thank you to Sabiha and Morad especially. Choosing gifts for a big day isn’t easy however shopping here was such a lovely experience. Amazing customer service, and an amazing environment to be in. The efforts of the extent everyone went to for us meant so much. Will definitely be choosing Gant to purchase from in future!

   Rude staff, can not tolerate children in their store, no friendliness, no people skills. Also too busy talking on their personal mobile phones whilst on the shop floor. Won’t be visiting this store again.

   I recently visited Gant Shepherd’s Bush and had a five star experience. As someone who worked in retail for a long time, I really appreciate good customer service and Lena the store manager went the extra mile to give me that. I work in Shepherd’s Bush and wanted the right size coat for my birthday this weekend, she travelled over to regents street at the end of her shift and back to Shepherd’s Bush to drop the coat off as she’s off the next two days and wanted me to have it in time. Above and beyond what is expected, couldn’t thank her enough! If you want friendly service and great clothes get yourself to Gant at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. Thank you Lena!

   Unbelievable shopping experience... I use to work for this company, today went to do an exchange for a pair of jeans that bought 10 days ago. The manager Lina she is very rude with a patronising attitude! Just because I removed the tags after buying the jeans, she said to me that she will not exchange them even though I showed he the proof of purchase I.E. my receipt. And also she is very rude towards her colleagues and customers, which I feel very sorry for those that work there that have to put up with her unacceptable behaviour! She should be fired ASAP!!!
