   Update we use to come to ur cafe over 3 years every Sunday til last time my sun got Mac& cheese n that was off n i told the girl who was making coffee n she said no its got date on that . She didn't bother to check. we don’t want to be food poisoning n must of the time ur fridge temperature which u keep ur sandwiches n mac & cheese no correct temperature n we can see that’s around 7cor 8c anyway we won’t come bace but people paying money n want to get wright service u can find easy which one of ur staff pulling ur cafe than n u can see in ur last few reviews.(only Shami care about this business n work professional) Staff so rude n ignorant

   Rude, dismissive staff and the worse coffee and presentation I've seen. No effort to make the drink look nice and I was given the wrong sweet treat . I was also told there was no cream and saw the same guy serve cream 30 seconds later.

   I was disappointed by the service at Costa today. The staff were miserable, no one said hello, please, or thank you, and the overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. Basic courtesy costs nothing, and this experience fell well below what I expect from your brand.

   I have visited Costa Coffee branches in various areas across West Yorkshire and have always found the experience enjoyable. However, I must say that this particular branch was the worst my family and I have encountered. The standard of customer service requires significant improvement; staff were neither polite nor attentive, and made no effort to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers – this included the manager. My companions and I were made to feel discriminated against, and there was a clear sense of racial prejudice.

   Costa at Canal Road is one of the better ciffee houses. The location is perfect. it's clean, modern and laid out well. There's a drive-through here but I prefer to sit in. The baristas are polite, professional and extremely efficient. The drinks I ordered were delivered piping hot and to my specification. Prices are still reasonable. I paid around £8 for 2 lattes with extra shots and one with caramel syrup. I'm not a huge fan of the available food in coffee houses and Costa is no real exception. There is a limited variety, mostly focusing on sweets like muffins, cakes and calorific treats. With that said it's not a restaurant as such and if you want a quick bite like a sandwich you'll be in luck however if you want a decent coffee reasonable price in a good location then this is a good place.

   Hub and i visit this Costa Coffee in Bradford several times a week as it is nearby to where we live and within walking distance. Good range of sandwiches, Cakes, and Drinks. The Staff are friendly and attentive. The shop is reasonably clean and tidy with comfortable seating and a cosy atmosphere.

   It was Friday, late afternoon, I ordered three warm drinks; two lattes with sugar and an Americano with milk. The male staff member acknowledged my order at the telecom. The female staff member at the pickup window was unprofessional and lacked customer service to say the least. Further, I was disappointed to learn the lattes did not have sugar in them and no milk with the Americano. I am in no doubt this was intentional.
