   Ordered 6 dining chairs in February that were listed as on stock. After 2 weeks they hadn’t been delivered so I chased and was told that only 1 was on stock so the delivery wouldn’t be until May. Contacted them again in May for an update and was told of further delays until late June or Early July. Now contacted them again for an update and now they’re say late August. Have no faith they will ever arrive and they’re just sitting on our payment. Wherever in the world these chairs are being made they still cannot have left country of origin. What have they been doing since February. No explanations just that they’re waiting to hear from their shipping agent. Not good enough.

   Purchased 2 chairs just over a year ago. The welding on one frame has split just after regular use; no rough handling. They won't send replacement frame as I've had them more than 6 months...basically their products are only made to last a few months, so I shouldn't spend too many £'s here!

   I have bought some beautiful rattan chairs, at first I was skeptical as they were a bit pricey, but now I feel they are worth every penny. They are so stylish and so sturdy, the velvet on the chairs a really good quality. But most importantly the service was amazing. Due to some issues, the brand and in particular Tracey went out of her way to deliver the perfect chairs to me, they went back and forth many times to ensure I get the perfect chairs. If I could I would give a 100 stars, I love my chairs and will be purchasing more furniture from there. I am someone that is happy to pay more for service and their service was exceptional. Cant wait to see what other products they bring out. Thank you so much

   I ordered the Lincoln Table with 4 leather chairs, chairs arrived straight away with no issues but unfortunately when the table arrived a week later it was damaged - the box had also been damaged in transit. I contacted the company straight away who apologised and arranged for another table to sent, unfortunately the table was damaged again when I received it although not as badly. Sally arranged for a third table to be sent by private courier and took the second table away. I can honestly say the level of customer service has been excellent, I was contacted and updated throughout the whole process and cannot fault the service or products I have received. I would definitely buy from them in the future and would hope to actually go to the shop when possible.

   I would not hesitate to recommend Where Saints Go, we are delighted with our stools, they arrived really rapidly, despite lockdown. One had a slight scratch and when I emailed Sally Anne (Fab lady from customer services!) they immediately replaced within 48 hours (no quibbling). Reliable, responsive and great quality what is not to like!

   Beautiful chair, arrived really fast as well. I ordered a Mayfair Dining Chair in orange velvet for my living room and the colours are just gorgeous. The styling is just what I was looking for, and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend. They seem to give a much more personalised service compared to a lot of other companies I’ve bought from in the past going on the emails they sent through to me. Thank you!
