   Called in on Friday at 9am, just 1 member of staff, do a fantastic job, but had to wait 30 minutes to be served, by all accounts, one had rang in sick, and couldn't get hold of anyone, young lady was still smiling, apologizing for the wait and wishing all a good day. If only everyone was this good at their job. I also went in on Saturday and although there was someone else there, it looked liked they were there all day. I would like to say the staff at handsworth are always friendly, always greet you with a smile, I do feel something is missing at the top.

   Poorly ran store. Majority of menu ALWAYS unavailable. Ordered today on my 30th birthday 1 item being a sausage bap to receive no sausage bap and instead 2 bacon baps (don't like bacon). Nobody from store called to tell me of the matter they just slung 2 bacon on the order got it sent out to my home and taken the payment. Tried call the store of the issue NO one is available to manage the call got automated message to go straight to a website where the website didn't work to make my complaint. Many issues with this branch and store needs to be closed down for good!

   One of the nicest Costas visited. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Nice selection of Gluten Free cakes. Coffee always nice. No background music blaring out so you can have chat.

   Great costa with ample parking. The cheesecake was amazing!!!! I had a bubble tea and my daughter a Berry cooler, both were really good. The place was clean and tidy.
