I had a great experience with this furniture store! I bought a few chairs and was very happy with the quality and service. Nikki and Tony were extremely helpful and even stayed after hours to wait for the delivery company that was picking up my chairs. I greatly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
We got a table from them and they assembled it for us. Delivery guys were excellent and very friendly and respectful of our house. It is a premium brand but you get premium quality. Definity worth it.

I do love the BoConcept Manchester store. All the staff are helpful and friendly, as you'd expect in a showroom, but they are also extremely knowledgeable about the products and they take the time to discuss the pros and cons of the different fabrics, colours and other options. The excellence of the service doesn't stop at the showroom. Their delivery and install service is extremely professional and reliable, which gives me great peace of mind when arranging for them to come to clients' homes. Keep up the good work, guys!
Had the best experience at BoConcept in Manchester. We weren’t sure how a large sofa would look in our space or what the layout should be. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find some amazing options. After sending home measurements, he created designs for what our space would look like. Our furniture arrived yesterday and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We would have never picked out this furniture without seeing it on the designs or without Alan’s help. The sofa and chairs we chose are gorgeous and very high quality. Cannot recommend enough!
