   I am not usually one to leave negative reviews but, in this instance, I feel obliged to. To say I am upset at the whole experience in dealing with Khalid Mahmood and the company in general would be an understatement. I initially left a review just under a year ago but after a few weeks removed the review because I thought I may have over-reacted and also needed more time to gather my thoughts and experiences. A year later I have decided now is the best time for me to write a review and warn other potential buyers in dealing with the owner Mr Khalid Mehmood. Firstly, I would like to add that Khalid Mehmood is my mum’s younger brother. When my wife was in search of some beds it was Khalid Mehmood I thought of first because I felt I could trust this man being family. I thought of nobody else I wanted to give my business too than my own family member who I thought I could trust. Anyway, I could go on and on with this review, but I will try and cut this as short as i can, please bear with me. I telephoned Khalid and asked if he had any suitable beds within a budget of around £800. His immediate reply was yes, yes, we have plenty of beds to suit all budgets. The conversation soon turned into a hard sale. I called to simply look at the range of beds and designs he had on offer but Khalid was trying to force a sale. I was interested in wanting to visit his showroom to look at what he had on offer but this was not available as he had limited stock. Instead Khalid showed me some pictures. Anyway, with him being family I allowed him to select a suitable bed of his choice as I thought there is no way my own family would try and shaft me. I was wrong. Khalid Mehmood's behaviour and the general staff that work for Lucky Beds are absolutely disgusting with how they over promise, lie and cheat their way in trying to make an extra £1. Khalid promised me an £800 deal on the phone but later I found he had manipulated my poor wife into giving him almost £1400. Behind my back as well. When I found out this deal had been done in secret, and he had manipulated my wife into giving him more money I was furious as anyone would be. When the beds finally arrived the mirror pieces on some of the furniture was damaged and the whole quality of the beds were extremely poor. My wife later requested the damaged mirror pieces be replaced. Khalid agreed but said it would be at a cost of around £300. Again, my wife was manipulated and taken advantage of, and she actually paid more money to get the mirror pieces fixed. The mattress is also very poor quality as one side of the mattress has totally sunk. This is not what I was promised and sold. At least I would have expected the mattress to last a single year. All in all, a complete waste of space. This man is an absolute disgrace to our family. I feel deeply upset that my own family member has treated me and my wife in this way. Trust me guys, you really want to stay away from this scumbag. This guy will promise you the world, will laugh and giggle like some silly school child to try and secure a deal with you. Once you fall for his charm trust me he will let you down. It’s worth paying the extra few hundred pound and dealing with a well reputable company not some corner street shop like I did. At the end of the day all a person has is his word. This family man promised me something but lied to himself. Oh well - lesson learned. Be warned and stay away! Regards. Mozaffer Ali

   Amazingly appalling service my girlfriend hated the mattress she said it felt like sleeping on a cliff, also the young lad who delivered the mattress was really rude and when I asked him questions he didn’t reply.

   Terrible company, would not recommend ANYONE to buy from them. Save your money!!!!!! About a year and a half ago I bought a mattress from them, went in store and chose it and it was to be delivered on the same evening. Mattress lorry came and they didn't have the mattress I wanted on board. They gave me an alternative mattress and said it was better than the other one. If any problems, I could exchange it any time and I had one year money back guarantee to test the mattress. Mattress was lumpy when it arrived and I was told it would settle down but any time I could give them a call to return it. I called a few weeks later and told them it was still lumpy and uneven, and they said someone would come and exchange it during the week. 3 weeks later nothing, phoned again and was told the same thing. Come to near Christmas time and was told they were really busy and would get it done asap. New year came and went, I phoned again and they said they'll get back to us. I kept telling them it was still uneven and uncomfortable and it wasn't the mattress I had ordered. I even went into the factory once and I was told the owner would get back to me. Still No response. The WORST customer service ever and not Reliable at all!! Took my money and gave me a very lumpy and uneven mattress. I'm having to pay for another one now

   The 2 mattresses I have bought from Lucky beds and furniture are top quality. It have improved my sleeping and my back pain has sort of eased off alot and feel a lot better now. Highly recommended for you to purchase your furniture from them. Best in the market!

   Horrible service. Quality appalling wouldn't recommend to anyone. Unwilling to resolve the issues. Owner is a right piece of work!!! Takes your money and isn't bothered about customer satisfaction.
