Ryan was extrealy helpful in helping me choose the right bed and mattress for me. I did the 3 minute mattress test and Ryan showed me a choice of 5 suitable ones. I feel I got exactly the right choice at a good price given the sale and offers. I will definitely go to Dreams again and recommend them to my friends. Ryan also makes a good cup of tea!

Ryan was very helpful & informative at the Ashton store. He was very patient explaining how the adjustable bed frames worked and the best mattress to buy. He went through the costs and different options available & also provided a discount on the additional guarantee and a free mattress protector as we went back to the store instead of buying online. Highly recommended!

Got email fri 3rd to say mattress wold be delivered Sat 4th between 3:15-5:15pm , stayed in all afternoon my old mattress went in the morning! And guess what it didn’t come , carnt get to speak to anyone as closed and I had to sleep on the floor so NOT HAPPY at all
