“Popped in for a drink before my local club Rushall played Away to Curzon Ashton. Really chilled and relaxed vibe, as well as a fantastic array of music and cool knick knacks adorning the whole shop / bar. Although there is nothing on draught, the owner will happily decant any drink of choice into a cool cold glass. Went for a couple of the German Pilseners including the Jever which went down a treat. Only disappointment was that I didn't have more time to try a few more flavours. Will hopefully make a return in future seasons but well recommended and can imagine it is rightly busy in evenings.”

“If you can't find it here it's probably not made. Great knowledgeable staff with a great vibe as they are so damn funny. Heck of a lot crammed into a small space so be prepared to search for stuff. I forget it's there sometimes and go to the big chains but these local people will have the same type of stuff but likely better quality and cheaper.”

“We can not praise Pete and the team he works with enough! We recently had a kitchen fitted in the home of someone who isn’t very mobile. Pete brought all the samples we need to the house to support making the decisions. The contractors are professional and all work together to ensure the process and fit are expertly carried out in a timely manner! Having received such excellent service we will be back for some fitted bedroom furniture in the next couple of months!!!”

“Yes it's true, ikea is a damn maze and I'm sure if they really searched around, they'd find several missing persons. Ikea is superb for offering a glimmer of inspiration to your new home or your existing one. Theres just so much to see and buy. Anything you see can be found in the warehouse. They're a huge food canteen serving low priced meals and mini shop selling frozen versions of their meals. We very much enjoyed our vist.”

“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted.
