   Rubbish service! Waited in all day Fri for delivery. Didn’t arrive. Rang up and was promised the delivery the following morning. Driver rang when he was at the address asking for assistance as he had a bad back and couldn’t unload the goods (concrete base boards). Customer is an 82 year old lady who obviously couldn’t help. Why send one man, bad back or no bad back, to deliver over 100kg of concrete? Luckily 2 strong young men were able to offer help while your driver stood at the side of his truck and watched. Not his fault, only doing his job (or not!). Company at fault here.
