   just had a new kitchen fitted this week. Can’t fault the customer service from the guys in the showroom, and I’m happy with my kitchen on completion. delivery turned up on time, waste collection turned up on time, however the fitters…..rude rude rude men. Unhelpful and arrogant, and given how everything else has pretty much been bang on they massively let the side down. All the emails received in the process stated ‘please ask our helpful installers if you have any queries’ well don’t be fooled because they are UNhelpful and couldn’t really care less aslong as they’ve done there fitting job.

   A very strange experience. I booked appointments with Paul who was very friendly and accommodating, if not a bit hyper. The following day I rang to adjust one of the appointments and spoke to Paul again who was completely different to the previous day- very short and unfriendly. It felt like we were on the verge of arguing. I was stunned when I got off the phone. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

   DO NOT BUY FROM WREN. We have had our kitchen + appliances installed last February and the kitchen is already falling apart! They lie about warranty, I have tried to contact them, somebody got back to me and said we have to pay for the doors and hinges that have fallen apart and then a day later has 'closed my case and marked it as resolved'. We had an ikea kitchen before this that lasted us 14 years, and when I say this feels like cheap mdf I'm not exaggerating. The slightest touch and it's like cardboard and scratches will show up. The appliances are working fine but honestly the units will not last it seems. The door beneath the oven keeps falling of its hinges, we had a builder in to see who was also surprised. The carcass is also mdf that can't stand the weight of the small door. Biggest mistake, wish we went with someone else. Hope this review benefits someone else too, save your money and go else where

   Peter Potts @ Ashton helped design my dream kitchen for my late father’s property. He completely understood my needs and what I wanted to achieve. The kitchen was delivered as arranged and looks stunning! Couple of damaged items which I was able to replace easily via the app. Peter went beyond to make my kitchen perfect. Would thoroughly recommend! Thank you Peter and Wren!!

   Popped in the audenshaw Wren today for a few ideas, and we were approached by Mohammad, this lad was so professional and gave its some great ideas and some very informative brochures. If I was to get a kitchen I would definitely be going back to Wren, as I was very impressed with the service.

   I was very wooried initially after ordering my kitchen as I heard slot of bad reviews not in regards to the quality more of things being missing or damaged. But it was absolutely spot on could not fault the service or the kitchen everything was there as stated . My own fitters were happy and also said they couldn't fault a thing , Peter Potts at the Ashton under lyne store was my kitchen planner again faultless I was really happy with the service and what he planned he makes sure your happy with everything any changes after final measure he will re design to suit really happy with everything

   Wren Kitchen installed a new kitchen for us in January 2021. We visited their showroom where the Wren team designed our kitchen to our specification, and seamlessly got it delivered and installed as scheduled. The kitchen has put such a breath of fresh air into our house. Wren provided us with a professional fitter, so we did not have to do any looking around for a fitter. Will greatly recommend Wren to family and friends.

   One of the worse up to yet. Drawing and delivery was on time and cannot fault them. The guy did brilliant job designing the kitchen but the problem is the production. They sent in wrong corner unit panels and can't fix a kitchen without a corner unit. They have one of the worse cut off time in market for next day delivery for a faulty part which apparently meant to go through quality check and should be done right. And the funny part is they sent the same faulty panel which don't fit again second time round. We not only had faulty corner unit but drawer side was rusty and we paid for a brand new kitchen not second hand. I've had to ring so many time and was promised it will be right next time and guess what the delivery never came the third time it was meant to come. My kitchen fitters are sitting here doing nothing for 2 weeks because wren kitchen can't do their job right. I'm thinking of cancelling the whole lot. We recommend few people but after all this issues I've asked them to go else where.
