“I am so pleased a neighbour recommended Kancho as we'd been looking for a kitchen fitter for almost 2 years. Kancho was great right from the start. He arrived with a designer and electrician and within a couple of days we had the first design. Our original kitchen was awkward which limited our design options but Kancho was able to overcome these issues and was prepared to customise some of the units to give us as much storage as possible. We made some changes to the design and we soon had the perfect kitchen on paper. The installation went very well, even though there were issues along the way (uneven walls etc), but Kancho being Kancho was always optimistic, enthusiastic and never appeared stressed. We love our new kitchen and it matches the plans. We never thought it would be possible but we've got our dream kitchen. We highly recommend Kancho for his professionalism, great chats/attitude and integrity!! Kancho, if you're reading this, feel free to pop over whenever you're in the area, there will always be a Latte with 3 sugars here for you :-)”

When we decided to have our kitchen re-designed we had a few companies come for a visit with their ideas, all of which were lovely but not what we really hoped for. “Very well located, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station at a very reasonable price (though it should be noted our stay was on a Monday, weekend prices rise rapidly !). Helpful, friendly and professional staff, drinks at the bar were very competitive as normally drinks in hotel bars are grossly overpriced and inflated. Breakfast was fabulous - a hot and cold buffet with a great selection. The room itself was fabulous, a very comfortable bed and equally comfortable pillows. Our room had a mini kitchen in it, so after a busy day we bought lovely food from M&S and made use of the facilities. The only negative ( for us) was our room was adjacent to a very busy A road, so not the best for light sleepers , so beware when booking and make a special request for a room not near this busy road if it bothers you.”

Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

They sourced the correct bathroom cabinet hinges after I bombarded them with photos - plus they sent them out FOC as I had previously misordered twice due to my ignorance. Kinder Kitchens was initially recommended to us but I made the assumption that a small business would be far more expensive than some of the larger companies we had quotes from but this was totally wrong. We are so pleased we made the decision to go ahead with Kinder Kitchens and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”
