This was the best decision we made during our home renovation. We ordered 5 cabinets, and experience was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, from the initial drawings to the final fitting. Everything was done with the utmost cleanliness and organization, both at Scott's workshop and during the installation at our home. Initially, we were worried about the relatively long production times(2-3 months), but it was absolutely worth the wait. Scott and his team's meticulous attention to detail resulted in outstanding quality. The final product is unmatched by anything Howdens or other suppliers offer—completely different quality altogether. It was also a pleasant surprise that Scott didn't turn us away when we asked to make a design change mid-installation (please don't do this yourself, haha!). Thank you, Scott, Andy, and everyone involved. You are true professionals!
Scott has done quite a lot of bespoke fitted furniture for us now. It’s always perfect - he’s a pleasure to have in your home, don’t even really notice he’s there to be honest!
Couldn’t be happier with our bespoke cabinetry. Scott did us our gorgeous wardrobes, make up desk and even bedside tables and even a year later I can’t get over how good they are. I added a few extra details that weren’t standard like fancy coving and built in laundry, and he was really up for collaborating and making it exactly what I wanted. We love his work so much we already have him booked in to do our media unit in the living room and hopefully one day will be able to get him to do our laundry room!
