Had a kitchen fitted by D2f in May 2019. The aftercare service, by this company is shocking! Already several doors and side panels are chipped. Tried to order new ones but told they are not under warranty even though plastic film was still on them. After only 1yr I have now got to pay for new ones. The gas hob was fitted off square something we will have to put up with. The kitchen is clearly not going to last 3yrs let alone 10yrs. Kitchen may look good but quality is cheap. When you buy a kitchen and spend a lot of money on it you expect it to last. The company does not appear to value its customers, and the aftercare is shockingly poor. I certainly would not recommend. Huge thank you too Vicki who is now resolving the issues, you are a credit to the company.
