   Absolutely Delighted – A Seamless Experience from Start to Finish I recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Dale Kitchens, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first meeting to the final touches, the whole team was a pleasure to work with. Abi, who designed the kitchen, was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted and came up with a design that not only met but exceeded my expectations – both in style and practicality. Karen was incredibly helpful and kept me well-informed throughout the whole process. I always felt in the loop and reassured, which made everything run smoothly. The building team were also amazing – efficient, skilled, and genuinely great to have around the house. They made what could have been a stressful time feel easy and well-managed. Jonny, who fitted the kitchen, did a fantastic job and was so helpful. And a special mention to Dale, who was always available to chat things through and provided a personal, reassuring touch throughout the project. Overall, I highly recommend Dale Kitchens – a professional, friendly team who genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers.

   I would like to start by saying a massive, massive thank you to Dale & his team. I contacted Dale after using him in the past to ask if he could come and give me a quote for my son's bedroom furniture. Dale came around and measured up. Within a matter of days, I received a quote and some drawing ideas of what his room would look like. We were then able to see any changes that may be needed. After confirming, Dale gave us a date for the work to go ahead. The team arrived on the date given and on time. The lads sent worked really hard, good communication was given and Craig certainly did a days graft. Thank you Not only am I am going to say how much I highly recommend Dale & his team, but we was that impressed with the work complete and the service after completion that we have messaged Dale to ask if he can come to complete some more work in our house. Definitely more than a 5 star rating from us X

   Dale has fitted several kitchens for me now over the years, the first was my own home which was amazing! Since I have used Dale and his team for several other houses, kitchens always look so impressive when done, and are such good quality, his team are reliable and they go above and beyond to make sure their clients have a stress free experience.    Worked with Dale for years on house projects of ours, and can honestly say he has always delivered. He really does go above and beyond for his customers, to get it perfect. His staff from designing down to fitting really have high expectations and work so hard on timescales and turn around. The quality of kitchens, bar, bedrooms, cinema, boot room down to detailing are amazing, Looking forward to working with him and his team on many more projects in the future.

   Used Dale Jones to design and install storage units in our newly converted garage as we needed something bespoke to fit the space. Great design service, Karen in the office was lovely and was really helpful and responsive and we’re really pleased with the finished result. Looks great, really good quality and fitted really quickly with absolutely no mess, unlike other tradesmen we’ve used previously! Would highly recommend!

   We had a kitchen desinged and fitted by Dale Jones and from start to finish they have been nothing short of brilliant. The design and ideas they gave us were brilliant and even as the project developed they came up with more ideas. The installation was painless and Alex and Zack were so helpful. Very polite, and always happy to help. Dale visited a couple of times and even changea few bits to make the kitchen work better for us. Little extras thrown in, with no question. The photos are not our finished product, as decorating and filling all those cupboards need to take place, but you can see what an amaixng looking kitchen this is. Thank you to Dale and all of his team, they really have made our dreams come true with this.

   Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, could not fault them in any way! From coming to our home to discuss what we were looking for and measuring up, to inviting us in to discuss option and see images of ideas, I would not look anywhere else. We shopped around and went to the 'usual suspects' like Wren and Magnet (amongst others) and Dale Jones Kitchens were by far the most attentive, constructive and keen to help you get what you wanted in-line with your budget. There were no hidden costs and everything is itemised, including options you could discuss / add if you wanted to. When we decided on what we wanted in terms of unit colour, style and worktops, they then gave us options of different appliances and advice on what went best with the kitchen. There is a plan in place to pay and the fitters are brilliant. No mess left at all and attention to detail was clear, even down to putting a bespoke window sill to match up with the kitchen! One big plus... everything is bespoke so no 'standard size' units to try and squeeze into a space, it's all made to measure. 100% on all counts.

   Used Dale Jones after recommendations from friends. Absolutely over the moon with kitchen, dining area and media area. Dale was friendly, professional and helpful, designs were provided and then discussed with Karen in the showroom. Karen was brilliant friendly with good ideas and very helpful.    We went to various kitchen companies but had such a good feeling when we spoke to Karen . Absolutely lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble. Dale has clearly set a high standard his staff have to meet and believe me it shows . Our kitchen fitter Johnny Butler was just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, very little mess , fitted everything perfectly and tidied up after himself. Lads came to measure and then fit the worktops, totally professional and they look incredible. John came to fit the glass splash backs, total gent and they totally finish the kitchen off ( get them !) Every step of the way we met professionals who wanted to provide an amazing kitchen So glad we found this company, it’s ran to the highest standards from initial contact to completion . Totally recommended!
