   I just experienced the worst delivery… I just experienced the worst delivery from Dunelm and DHL in my life. I ordered a rugs from Dunelm and the delivery date should be at 4th December, however they didn't deliver on that day, they disappear for few days and send me the message the rug will deliver on 8th, but at the end no one comes. Then they send another update to me said it will be delivered on 9th. But still they didn't turn up. I keep waiting at home because they can't provide the exact delivery time, and this parcel requires signature so I need to wait at home till I receive it. And today is 10th and I am still waiting my parcel. I don't think anyone will expect this is the standard that DHL made, they are not Evri or parcelforce, how can it be happened for continuous delaying on my parcel delivery ?? I checked the delivery updates shown the last stop is No. 79 on yesterday, and I am 81. Just 2 stops left and they send back my parcel to the depot? Do your company treat my parcel with respect? This is the 3rd time your van loads my parcel, transport it allnday and return back to depot. It is not good for any of the parcel being treated like this. As here I want to lodge a formal complaint to your company and I request a managerial grade staff from your team to give me a formal reply and update for my parcel status ASAP.

   We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. We said thank you but thank you again, Emily.

   A breath of fresh air , got some really home accessories at decent price , quality items for sure , my only disappointment was the bedding as I didn’t find what I wanted , but apart from that the bedding was beautiful to say the least , only wish they had more neutrals and earthy tones in the cotton / linen bedding , will defo be visiting again !! The towels were beautiful, in fact everything was beautiful even the bins !! lol

   Although I've used this store numerous times the service I received today was exceptional. All the staff I delt with were young, polite and efficient. When one member of staff was unable to find the product I wanted another member of staff arrived with an iPad, checked their website, showed me the product a different size so I could assess the quality and colour. She placed the order, took payment and ensured I had confirmation of payment before I continued shopping. The young lady on the checkout was polite and efficient. A very pleasant, productive shopping experience.

   I love this shop. Great quality items at very reasonable prices. You can buy things cheaper but the quality is definitely not as good as Dunelm. I find the staff at my local store both helpful and friendly.

   So yesterday i left my purse in the trolley and dunelm got a member of there staff to come drop it off to my house!! How amazing is that.. crazy thing is i didnt even know it was missing.. literally could kiss that manager for making sure nothing was robbed from my purse which had over £100 in it! Amazing team and customer service!

   I have shopped at Dunhelm for ages and did not even know it had a little cafe upstairs. I must say the young man (compared to me) was very enthusiastic, welcoming and his personable attitude is wasted, he would be a great front of house employee to welcome staff. Unfortunately I left before I got his name.

   Great place for buying household good such as bedding, towels, cussions, quilts & quilt covers, pillows, and all sorts of kitchen and crockery supplies. Free parking for 3 hours immediately outside and a lift to 2nd floor where there is a nice cafe.
