   I went in to Morrisons and instantly I felt like I should be there always for my shopping, talk of the serenity of the environment, the orderly manner, smiles everywhere from customers and affordability of goods all these put together makes me want to come every day. The funniest part was that I was in the neighbourhood and I just decided to see what’s going on when I saw people trooping in and out and to my greatest surprise I love it.

   Ordered ultimate breakfast was 4 items missing.Had no apology , infact they argued that the black pudding and mushroom was large, so that's why there was one missing of each. They brought me two of the missing items in the end but just said there you go as they threw them on the table. Disgusting service.

   Came here the other week for lunch and I’ve got to say some of the staff members are absolutely awful, I don’t know how they’ve kept their job. One lady came over and never said a word, didn’t even ask who’s food was whos, just slammed the plates down and then when asked for sauce she again didn’t even acknowledge that we’d spoke. She then returned with a bottle before slamming it down and shouting “mayo”. I couldn’t help but laugh because of how ridiculous their service is.

   I bought a burger for £6.99 and it was way too dry. It took a while for it to be prepared and the chips were as dry as the burger. The only good thing was the bread.

   The cafe at Morrisons Ecclesfield has really gone down hill. Arrived on Father’s Day Sunday, which you’d think is prime time for breakfast. It’s evidently understaff, there were lots of tables with food left on, tables not cleaned The waiting time was 40mins+ for breakfast. It used to be maximum 20mins. Staff unwelcoming, they come out with sauces but if you ask for more or pepper (which isn’t on the table but salt is) you then have to get this yourself, which you are abruptly told. Such as a shame as this was a great place to go, good still good, but service very poor. Good restaurant basics need to be reinstated
