    Paid £620 for a black sofa and chair They tore the sofa and the chair doesn't match the sofa Told me if they couldn't get it in the property I would still have to pay for it, also said the assembly fee was £10 more than they quoted, tried several times to ask them there intentions of rectifying the issues, but they have blocked me So now I'm contacting trading standards as they have not supplied what I've paid for

    I bought mattress from them and it had problems like it already wasn't new (mildew?), they exchanged and same problem developed soon after. Bad news! Money in the bin. I will attach pictures to prove this as the owner denied this in a response to a previous review of mine.

    I bought a double bed Wednesday it was delivered Thursday. No sockets for 1 1/2 of bed. I rung up & expected them to swap the half of divan base. They sent the sockets in a ziplock bag. My nephew & I put them on. The bed came with a matching headboard £189 for a whole double bed. This is really good as we were strapped for cash.
