   Initially I was happy with Furniture Village's customer service. Was all good up until after I placed the order. Very attentive until I paid. Since then I have called them 21 times across 2 months to ask if it is possible to get a refund for a headboard which didn't even arrive when the bed and mattress were delivered. I kept being told someone would call me back and no one did. I have must have spoken to their whole team. I physically went into the store about a month ago and a manager assures me they were dealing with it and would get back in touch on the next working day about a refund. This was on 25th February. I still haven't heard from them a month later. Called again twice yesterday and left 2 messages. The manager still hasn't called. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have cost me a lot of time and stress during a house move and don't seem to care at all. I will avoid them at all costs in the future as will my friend's and family.

   I was with the sales advisor, Alicia. I have to give her great credit for being patient with us. We were very demanding and had a specific set of sofas that we were looking for. We tested everyone for a good 2 hours but she patiently waited and helped us to get the right sofa for us. Couldn't have asked for better.

   We have very good experience shopping in FV from start to finish. We ordered a sofa, a marble table, a bed and a mattress. Tony gave us a lot of useful advice. He also looked after us very well on delivery. He cares a lot about his clients even after the sales is made. We felt so glad to have met him. The products arrived promptly and they are beautiful. Well worth the money!

   Visited the White City Retail Park branch today. Great experience all round. Spotlessly clean and well laid out. Sonu Singh was a joy. Polite, professional, friendly and secured us a great deal on what we wanted. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He even gave us some ideas for possible storage solutions in the area. Would definitely recommend this store.

   Ordered an earth dining table with 2 extender leaf and 8 chairs in august, costing £2000 service while buying was great . Delivery on time but the two leaf extenders were different to the table, this was 24 th September, I rang on the day and kept being cut off! Had to travel to shop the following Saturday, I shown the pictures and was told they would be replaced, it is now the end of October and I still have the different colour leaves. I have rang every week since then but to no avail . I am today waiting for a phone call from the sales consultant to again discuss the matter , After service is terrible, no follow up phone calls or emails , you have to do all the chasing which should not be the case with a table costing that much! Had a dinner party and had to cover the table, it may as well have been a covered paste table!!
