   Popped in in a whim, had a double burger with bacon. VERY nice, can tell the burger wasn't just bought in bulk from the cash and carry, clearly butchers or homemade. Great selections of sweet treats as well. Having moved into The Victoria pub we will be regulars at Rainbow Cafe

   Been here a few times now and what a nice little cafe! Coffee is of a good standard and the owner is a top bloke! Always makes an effort and comes over for a chat. We were with our toddler and he came over with a bag of crayons and colouring paper which made her very happy. Very welcoming place.

   English breakfast wasn’t hot enough, in particular the mushrooms were clock cold, plates were cold too, which didn’t help matters. Did complain after, but no apology or reduction on bill. Said we should have brought it to their attention straight away, fair enough, but the fault wasn’t ours and we didn’t have time for the extra delay (and it took a while in the first place). Overall a bit dissatisfied; would recommend for a quick coffee (cosy seating area) but cooked breakfast, not so much.

   These are the places we need to protect as they are a little gem. Great food and drinks prices great Large breakfast cost £7.95 and that included a coffee for £2.80 so the breakfast cost £5.15 a BRILLIANT price. Will definitely be going back.
