   Thank you so much, ordered the active king 2000 pocket mattress, last week, even though they were really busy coming up to Christmas they managed to squeeze me in, the bloke I spoke with on the phone was really polite, helpful and just a lovely bloke, the lads in the shop were great and also very helpful, we bought our last mattress from here around 10 years ago, wouldn't use anywhere else. 5 star from us.

   Purchased a bed in April got told the bed was £290 the first time I came in by some old bloke. Then I went in the second time with my gran then some other guy with ginger hair said it was 390 they assembled it for me payed extra. The bed keeps coming wobbley so I’m thinking that’s why it was probably reduced not happy with it keep coming loose every week I have to tighten it every week so I messaged them explaining this isn’t what I expected of a high quality shop so they came and just tightened it didn’t even offer no partial refund or a replacement! payed 390 for a bed that was supposed to be 290 I don’t know whether it was because we are women and think they can do me and my grandmother over I find that absolutely disgusting, appalling I keep messaging them and they keep ignoring me the bed shouldn’t have been for sale if it keeps doing this also didn’t come with any warranty. So now I’m stuck with a wobbly bed which I’m quite fustrated about because I can’t afford a new one. What I’m really annoyed about is that the guy thinking he can put another 100 pound on top trying to scam me out of my money absolutely ridiculous I’ll be reporting to trading standard with all the proof receipts and screenshots waste of money might aswell take this bed. Anyway I’d avoid at all costs especially if your old and vulnerable with learning difficulties they would have a field day with you.

   If second 2 none can not help, then no body can. Show room staff go the extra mile to sort your needs, delivery/assembly staff absolutely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a slight mishap at home but these guys worked really hard though it, thanks you for your understanding, top people, great service, second 2 none look after these guys, ……………………………………………………………. SECOND 2 NONE Definitely better than some of the so called top brands you see on tv. (EXPERIENCE TALKING) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ps. I get a family discount at one of the tv advertising stores, No thank you. I’ll stick with the above mentioned. I know it makes sense.
