Bad experience overall. I purchased a bed frame nearly three weeks ago and received no follow-up. I visited the store and called several times, only to be told the bed was in the warehouse and would be ready for collection shortly. It has now been almost another week with no update. The store is extremely difficult to contact as no one answers the phone. Very disappointing service!!

Manager not helpful or polite when dealing with faulty mattress guarantee, spoke down to us. After persuading him to come & do a home visit & inspect the problem. After some lengthy conversations & debates he agreed to replace the mattress under the guarantee. We chose a memory foam instead of the pocket sprung & he allowed us a king size instead of a double as we were purchasing a new storage divan (from elsewhere)

Julia was extremely helpful in locating an item I had reserved on 3 occasions at the Bolton store with a negative outcome. Went in today and dealt with a young girl and a guy called Jonny i think. Bought a double garden seat on offer which was ex display. Happy with the price of Β£100 but having paid the Β£100 told the cushions were separate and another Β£30! The sign said on the seat said 'sold as seen!' I argued but i was stuck! Wont ever be going in there again and will tell as many people as possible! Beware these people!

I visited this store to collect my order. Waited not very long before I got the item. The staff member I met was polite but seemed not knowing a product was reserved. Nonetheless, I could get it as another staff member just found it stored at the counter already, so not a big problem. The product's worth the price and should do the job, though not of great quality. Would consider shopping again in the future.

Very friendly staff. The ideal place to visit instead of wasting a day at IKEA. They have some really nice items. Well worth a visit.

Sort of like IKEA without the one way system. Easy parking but as is common in Bury make sure you get ticket as they are hot on enforcement.
