   I noticed a lovely sofa in their outlet section online. Contacted the showroom and was given lots of information. I wasn't able to view it immediately but was told they don't hold items, entirely fair enough, and they said they'd let me know if there was any other interest in it . I called four days later as I would have then been able to see it. I was told it was being held for a day for a customer for a day. I called the next day to be told their 'payment was processing' and they'd confirm the next day. Next day comes, no one returns my call so I try again to be told the customer has been given a 24 hour payment link so I'd have to wait til that expired. I was told the customer had opened the link?! I was then told I was also at the back of a list of people who had also reserved it?! I was told I wasn't allowed to reserve it as i'd contacted them on their 'outlet weekend'. When I pointed out i'd initially contacted them on the previous wednesday they just said they didn't know anything about that (they'd contacted me on Whatsapp so the date was obviously known) I was then messaged to be told the sofa had been sold and they apologized for the 'technical issues' they had experienced which delayed the payment which was clearly just not true. I've bought full price items from this company before but I won't be using them again.

   Love our new sofa!! We recently bought a sofa from Manchester showroom and the experience was wonderful. Helen & the team were great- very patient & helpful. We ordered the sofa end of January and it was delivered beginning of March - so made & delivered in 5 weeks which we are super grateful for. thank you!!

   I have just received my beautiful couches and I'm more than happy with them, nicer than I expected! Helen in the Manchester showroom was so helpful when choosing them. I had up to date emails regarding delivery which was earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend their service, I am over the moon, they look lovely and so comfortable.

   I have been in to the showroom a few times now, and everytime the team have been so welcoming and friendly. One time it was raining and they even made me a cuppa to warm me up! They are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and make great suggestions. They are not in your face sales types, and if you like, will give you the freedom and space to browse. (I'm not in a position to buy right now, but getting inspiration/ideas). Would definitely recommend!

   Can't praise the service here highly enough. On my first visit couldn't find the store and Lee came and found me! Had a very specific sofa in my mind but after trying for size decided against it and Lee came up with the perfect one to meet my very specific requirements. Went back yesterday to make final decision on fabric and both Lee and Neil amazingly knowledgeable helpful and patient. They made the whole experience very pleasant and even fun! Great guys great service great coffee!

   Excellent service! We had a Saturday morning appointment with Pat and she was brilliant. We felt safe with all the social distancing and new safety rules and it was very well organized. Pat helped me refine my fabric choices and create a gorgeous colour scheme. I can't wait to get my delivery!
