   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-star review I purchased my Jaguar E-Pace from Lister’s Land Rover in Solihull, and the whole experience was exceptionally well handled from start to finish. The process was clearly documented, everything flowed seamlessly, and the handover was faultless. I’ve now completed my first annual service after just over 20,000 miles, and I can honestly say the car has been outstanding. Not a single issue since the day I collected it – well done Jaguar. I booked my service for 8am this morning, and yesterday I received a courtesy call just to confirm that the appointment was still convenient – a simple touch, but very much appreciated. When I arrived, parking was easy and the vehicle was checked in efficiently. I was offered fresh coffee on arrival and, as there was also a recall item to be fitted, I chose to stay on site and work. I explained that I had external video calls and needed somewhere quiet, and the team immediately found me a comfortable area with complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee. The service was estimated to take around four hours, including a wash and valet, but at 11am – a full hour ahead of schedule – they were waiting for me with my keys. Everything was explained clearly: tyre condition, any future advisory points, and whether anything needed attention. The technician’s attention to detail was excellent. Yes, it’s always possible to shop around for a cheaper service, but I genuinely believe there is great value in having true specialists who know the vehicle inside out, use the correct Jaguar-approved parts, and take the time to ensure everything is done properly. For anyone wanting their vehicle maintained to the highest standard – especially where safety and peace of mind are concerned – I would highly recommend Listers Landrover Solihull for Jaguar servicing A first-class experience.    Having damaged my car whilst visiting my family in Solihull I was very pleased that Listers Land Rover were able to repair my car at short notice. The service manager kindly arranged for my car to be repaired the following day, thereby allowing my onward journey. All the staff are very helpful and I was kept updated of the repair during the day. The repair was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. Would definitely recommend.
