   Recently bought Pianca wardrobes and other bits from, Urban Suite. Sarah, Howard and Charlotte were all massively helpful throughout in helping us with choices and chatting through ideas. We since ordered further garden furniture and are looking at bed. Sadly we discovered Urban Suite too late after we’d ordered a lot of furniture from another large retailer in Macc ahead of moving - wish we’d know about Urban Suite earlier. Top service and lovely team.

   I recently purchased 4 x Norman bar stools for my home in the North East. I’ve been to the Urbansuite on a visit to Manchester previously so knew the quality, choice and service is fantastic. I decided to purchase the stools online. Charlotte helped organise my order and was v.good at communicating at every step. The delivery process was professional and efficient.    Highly recommended! Charlotte & the team went out of their way to help us choose the right dining chairs and bar stools. We had been looking for 2 or 3 years and not found anything we liked until now. Our chairs and bar stools have just been delivered today and we couldn’t be happier with them.    Great customer service My table arrived but there were some minor issues with the quality which they chased up with the manufacturer. Satisfactory result at the end. The only slight issue was the delivery of the table, I think their own drivers were off due to COVID. I will be happy to purchase from them again. Nice products, competitively priced and excellent customer service.
