   I purchased some cushions less than a year ago, due to redecorating they were used for less than 6 months. Due to having a new baby, we thought it was time to wash them. They were washed strictly following the washing and care label instructions. However unfortunately, the colours bled everywhere and ruined the cushions completely. I took pictures and emailed Rose & Grey customer service. I love the cushions and initially asked for replacements, or if this wasn't possible offered to raise a chargeback claim with the bank. The customer service that ensued was awful. First Rose & Grey delayed to try and stop me raising a chargeback claim. Then finally said replacements would be sent out. When I followed up to ask for further details they said the replacements would only be sent once I had returned the faulty cushions. I said I was happy to do this if both the faulty cushions and replacements could be sent out on the same day given I had lost all trust in Rose & Grey at this point. They then proceeded to tell me offering replacements was a 'gesture of goodwill' , 'over a year old' and this was usual practice, which is a complete falsehood given the items are faulty. Moreover its very poor to say to a customer that cushions that cost over £400 should last less than 6 months!! After much back and forth I returned the cushions as promised on the basis that Rose & Grey sent out the replacements on the same day. Unfortunately,, their past behaviour continued and the tracking info provided showed the items hadn't been dispatched as promised and even the next still showed they hadn't been dispatched. I'm now without my original cushions and given their deliberate delay still waiting for the chargeback claim to finish their investigation which would have been concluded had I opened it as originally planned. Do not order anything from this store and if you absolutely must, order it on a credit card so you have some protection as they do not care about your consumer rights or they will try anything and everything to stop you from getting a refund/replacement on faulty or poor quality items.

   Originally my partner and I called in for a ‘nosey’ as we love mid century/ Scandi design. What a great find…Tons of great stuff, vintage and new a real super stylish mix. Recently after our new sofa failed we remembered a handsome locally made sofa being displayed at Lot 54 and returned to obtain more info. Daisy was brilliant and discussed a myriad of details over a cuppa - loads of fabric samples offered - a very nice service indeed. We also bought a super chic throw which had a great discount so a total win win. Next time we’ll probably will start our furnishing adventures in this spot. Thank you

   Did I miss something or did everyone know that this was flat pack furniture? After spending a substantial amount on a glass show cabinet, I assumed it would come pre built but apparently not! We’ve recently moved into our new house and after putting together countless bits from Ikea I can confirm that the quality of Rose and Grey furniture in my experience doesn’t seem to be that much better. In fact, Ikea furniture is far easier to build and all fits perfectly. While screwing in the 16 screws to attach the backboard (which does not fit exactly) one of the screws went through the side into the interior of the cabinet. Unbelievably annoying when I’d shelled out £700 for something! If anyone can point me to the place on the website that it says it arrives flat packed I’d love to see it because it must be in very small print. Be careful when ordering from here!

   Poor quality fabrics and a company that does not strive for customer satisfaction. The corner sofa I purchased arrived grey and after 2 years the colour has slowly turned purple. As the product is 'out of warranty' I have been dismissed by Rose & Grey. And now I'm left with a purple sofa and VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT !!!! R&G - You obviously do not value repeat customers.

   Amazing experience with Rose and grey! We ordered 4 new bar stools for our new home in Germany. They were extremely friendly with the communication and very helpful in finding a solution and good price for getting them safely over to us. Once we opened the boxes, we were stunned by the craftsmanship and quality of these weathered oak stools. So popular with everyone who has seen them and well worth the money. Highly recommend company to buy excellent quality furniture from!!

   Ordered on line a Mustard made locker, the Midi, blush pink, (absolutely gorgeous) Wednesday tea time, it arrived Friday lunchtime and was up and working by tea time! so so beautiful, unbelievable delivery, extremely easy to put together, cannot fault anything from ordering to delivery to sitting gazing at it in my kitchen..........perfection all round.
