This starbucks is local to me and i’ve never had an issue before but recently i have seen that quality of service has dropped massively, multiple times i’ve order my drink with oat milk at the drive through and i have seen them make it with dairy milk or sometimes they hand me the completely wrong drink and when i have told them they have appeared annoyed at me. Other starbucks i go to always make me feel welcomed and comfortable whether im inside or in the drive through but this store has no customer service skills. Everytime i go now i leave having a bad experience, one person in particular i’m sure her name is catherine, whenever i come through the drive through she seems already frustrated at the call and does not repeat the order after me then she continues to serve the wrong drink then rolls her eyes and sigh when i tell her, which could’ve been avoided if she just double checked before. My friends and Family have also been served by her and have said the same thing has happened to them. I have had so many bad experiences that now i avoid this starbucks however sometimes forced to come back due to timings but regret it soon after due to the rude customer service.
Read a lot of bad reviews for here but the staff was nice when I went and friendly. Quick service, I tried the cookies and cream Frappe, it was nice and seemed like a nice chilled environment to have a coffee and relax. I didn't try the food so haven't gave any stars for that!! But overall a nice experience
Absolutely perfect, lovely staff, however I would need more training on the Hot Matcha latte.
Got a delivery to the office one day and it arrived quick. All orders were correct. Nothing was missing. Driver was also polite. Very pleased. Woul like to go and sit inside
There were at least 3 staff working early this Tuesday afternoon, and about 3/4 tables in use, so as you might expect, everything was clean and tidy and staff were not stressed or snappy. Waiting time was short, decor and furnishings are not worn. Our only misgivings were that there was no chocolate cake, muffins or brownies in the fresh cake section, just pastries with chips of chocolate in....it seems quite a big gap given its popularity. Nothing looked themed for Easter either, the cakes just didn't appear that mouth watering. I wasn't reminded to use my loyalty card. The coffee seemed a bit on the weak side.
Fairly new branch. Good atmosphere inside. Parking is good there are few other shops nearby such as Matalan, Iceland, homebase etc.
