Not sure why all the negative reviews me and my friend came here today before shopping and had delicious food and drinks and the cafe is clean and light and airy!
Toilets are very dirty ! And no water in tab , absolutely no water ! How do you even run business like this ?? Awful experience! Never come again and tell to my friends !
Ordered jacket potato!! Absolutely horrible!! It was frozen!! Felt like i am eating an ice cream!! Such a shame for the price and you get this
Just bought a cooked breakfast at the cafe. First of all the tray was put down and a young man (staff member) that obviously couldn't stand upright came to the counter and started leaning on the counter with his face almost on top of the tray, my tea was then pushed onto the tray under his nose by another member of staff and slid across the counter to me. I went and sat down and waited 15 minutes for the breakfast. It arrived and was more or less thrown on the table in front of me as the waitress walked away. I had to go and find the cutlery and ask for some as there was none and the place wasn't busy at all. The breakfast also consisted of the smallest sausage and literally half a piece of bacon. Terrible service
Not inclusive if you only eat halal food. Due to the lack of halal options I've had to pay 9.90 for a vegan breakfast because they refused to substitute meat items from the breakfast resulting in me paying an extra 1.25 for alternatives per item. Rubbish options. Absolutely ridiculous!
I have found fly in my coffee and I did complain nobody bothered

Love companies that Virtue signal about COVID policies then have empty hand sanitizer points around its stores and cafes. Happy to report Tesco is one of these
Nice place and service. Overall very happy with food and I felt wolcomed, as the lady who is working there was very nice and helpful.
