Took my car to be scrapped good price offered and came to pick it up in the time advised . There was excellent communication from this company
I have been told to go to this place by local Garage man, If I want to scrap my car to go there and scrap my car. Therefore, I went there and person dealing with me was very polite and explained everything as I was not sure how it works. They took copy of my driving licence and bank details as its requirement. Vehicle was taken off my name straightaway and they told me that money will arrive in my account within 2 hrs and estimated time was given. To be honest, I was not very confident and bit scared, in case I dont receive money. But deep down, I felt they seemed professional and genuine business. My money have arrived at their given time and all paper work done. It took less than 10 mins to sort everything out. Just like to say Thank You for their professional service and would recommend this palce to others .

Asked if they got a part said they had it come down guy said half n hr and they'll have it off the car come back maybe 40m later parts on the car rusted off, can't find the guy asked who I was chatting to asked around they don't know so don't know if they might have it on different car or not but I'm not tryna have a day out just for one part. Edit: still doesnt take away that I called the day prior the very least if they told me hold on the phone while they checked and said no I wouldn't have minded rather lose 10m on call then a hr n half travel there wait 30m or so come back and then go home empty handed. BTW your guy has to take parts off because your a breaker yard fyi.
The dealer was friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the quote I was given for the car. The whole process was made really quick and easy. I'd definitely recommend them!

Just have to leave a review for this company, looking for retirement of my vehicle and googled various scrap companies, these offered £100 more than the other places, easy to deal with and excellent customer service,both pleasant and professional, turned up on time and I was constantly informed of the collection time etc, and paid the money into my account immediately on collecting the vehicle, thanks for your fantastic service
