   Assistance and service from Carolyn and the team were excellent. A sofa I'd seen online was brought out of the warehouse for me to try. Instant order! (along with a beautiful chair!) Both sofa and chair are in immaculate condition and were discounted in comparison to the well known retailer. Delivery experience was also excellent. The greatest of care was taken in getting the sofa and chair in to my apartment. I can't recommend Heatons highly enough. I'll be back!

   Will 100% recommend Ordered a bed on Friday the staff was very helpful and friendly. Managed to get a gorgeous kingsize bed with mattress and bedding box at a lower price then I expected. The bed was delivered on the following Monday, the 2 delivery guys was so very helpful. They helped me get my old bed out and then took the new bed in and set it up for me. Extremely happy customer.    AMAZING range, value and service! I’ve recently moved house, and rather than waiting months for a new sofa and bed, I popped along to Heatons after stalking their social media for a few weeks prior to get a sense of their stock! I purchased two sofas and an ottoman bed with mattress… and I’m over the moon! The delivery was a few days later, and I’m now all set! I’ve since been back this week to get a dining table and chairs, and can’t wait to have that delivered next week! Honestly can’t recommend them enough, I’m actually sad that I haven’t got more that I need to get from them at the moment!

   Beyond shocking experience from this company, do not order from them! Ordered a mattress that was in stock and even though it was sitting in the warehouse ready for delivery it took them four weeks to organise a courier even though I had paid for a delivery fee. Cannot see why it took so long, incredibly poor service, avoid at all costs !!!
