Never usually go to costa but fancied a hot chocolate - Maddy made the best caramel hot chocolate ever! Very impressed with the service I received :)
Unfortunately I had to ask for my skinny latte to be warmed up as it was cold (my daughters drink was also cold but she didn't want to say anything) the girl took it off me and said, I'll have to remake it... She didn't seem very happy but I'm sure I ordered from the normal (hot) menu...
I would like to complain about two of your staff members Maddy (I believe) and Sarah. This is the second time Maddy serves me and each time I go there I get no please no thank you even though I was nothing but nice to her and it’s also the second time I get served after people that were behind me and I’m kept waiting. Maddy made ice drinks for two people behind me leaving me waiting for Sarah to make my black Forrest hot chocolate. She gave it to me plain (see pic) when I went back to say the black Forrest hot chocolate is supposed to have the red sauce she brought it and did a small line like I’m some sort of child, not a paying customer. If you think the below picture is acceptable please let me know! I asked for a full refund. I felt humiliated and disgusted to be honest as this particular shop keeps targeting me for some reason. I have been nothing but nice to them but I think they’re discriminating against me. If you can’t serve people with a smile then stay at home and don’t work in customer service! Really awful experience!
Stoped here a few times on my travels Would like to say really happy with staff and service great team you have here. Place was clean and again i am a costa fan so all was on point. Thanks guys see you if i am ever back in the area. 9 out of 10 from me. Ak
Don't have food to expensive So is the price of drinks Don't use costa that often now for the above reasons go to weatherspoons instead
It says store closes at 5PM go there just after half 4 to be refused to get served by 2 very rude staff members. Disgusting service and will never come back again
As usual, friendly staff, good service, great tasting coffee and food. Time to sit, unwind and relax a little while enjoying it. Thank goodness for Costa!

Tried to order 3 drinks eventually order taken then money demanded. Price £10.80, gave person £10 pound note, opening up coin purse to get £1.00 coin out when I get reminded of price and hand held out for coin,this was done a further 2 times. I will not be returning to this branch of Costa. There was 1 person behind me, and 3 members of staff so in my opinion there was no need for staff member to continually rushing for payment
