   Awful barista woman yesterday, I asked for a straw politely - the woman huffed at me and said they don’t give out straws for iced lattes (since when????) because I’ve got sensitive teeth I asked politely for one, she then threw it at me!!! I am not by any means a Karen, I’ve worked in hospitality all my life, there’s no need for that awful attitude, I did call her out by saying if she’s having a bad day there’s no need to take it out on me, but seriously? No need!

   After using this Starbucks I will never go back, disgusting is the only word, greasy food warmed in microwave not toasted and the coffee was the worst I’ve ever had, always loved Starbucks but this place is only interested in moving you down the line past the checkout to wait for your order. Cash cash cash is all there interested in. Shame shame
